RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY :
“The sold goods are not returned or exchanged except in the following cases:
- According to the Law of Qatar No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection, the sold goods may not be returned except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- Based on what was stated on the first item, the goods can be exchanged within two days from the date of purchase, with the original purchase invoice and warranty being brought to the Nomination - The Gate Mall premises only.
- It is absolutely forbidden to install the original parts on any counterfeit or non –original parts that customers bring from outside the store, and it is also forbidden to repair any counterfeit or non –original parts.
- It is prohibited to change the piece after making any enlargement or reduction in the item.
